A few more announcements for anyone who has felt out of the loop while our site was down. We opened our new retail location in Kensington market in Toronto in January 2011 located at 254 Augusta Ave. We absolutely love our new neighbourhood and our new shop. If you haven’t checked it out and you’re in the Toronto area, come on by for a visit. We’re open Tuesday-Sunday Noon to 6pm, closed on Mondays.
We’re also happy to announce that Stu’s band A Primitive Evolution recorded an album with John Wozniak at Mushroom Studios. It is totally epic and gorgeous and everyone who helped created is is filled with pride and excitement for its Spring 2012 release.
Along with the new album is a brand new music video for their song “I Feel It All” off the new album, The Prize. The Playdead Cult/A.P.E. team joined together with Peter J. Arvidsson of Elektrik Playground to create this stunning video and we all had a blast making it.
I saw these and immediately bought one. It is a fantastic addition to my room.

It’s the beginning of a new era! Tomorrow, January 13th, 2011, from 7pm to 9pm, we’re holding the opening reception for our new location at 254 Augusta Avenue. We’re right in the heart of the Kensington Market! Come out and see the new space!
